It's that most magical time of year when the residents of Second Life come together to celebrate the spirit of giving at the 15th annual Second Life Christmas Expo in support of the American Cancer Society's Childhood Cancer initiatives. All proceeds of the Expo will be directed to support research and palliative efforts to help children with cancer. This years' Expo runs from November 28th - December 7. In December I love to rewatch, read, or listen to some version of Little Women. While not a Christmas book per se, the opening chapter takes place at Christmas time and the girls giving up their breakfast to help those in need is certainly in the spirit of giving that we see reflected at the Expo.
